Hawki was set up by Hugh Martin and Nicholas Fairfax in 2011. They recognised the complexity of modern day commercial life and the need for truly bespoke, flexible services that weren't being offered by larger private security companies.
Since then, Hawki have operated in all corners of the globe, working for a variety of clients including the UN, the EU police missions, UK FCO, many corporations and high net worth clients. We have also trained over 7000 delegates.
In 2016, they co-founded Hawki West Africa with Donald Duke in Nigeria, and in 2020 Hawki Africa Ltd with Berik Plokhikh, Simon Shaw and Bob Alzon.
